Trama
Als die Teenagerin Priscilla Beaulieu (Cailee Spaeny) auf einer Party Elvis Presley kennenlernt, wird aus dem Mann, der bereits ein kometenhafter Rock 'n' Roll-Superstar ist, in privaten Momenten jemand völlig Unerwartetes: ein Verbündeter in der Einsamkeit, ein sanfter bester Freund und Priscillas erste große Liebe. Es entfaltet sich eine Geschichte von einem Stützpunkt der US-Armee in Deutschland bis nach Graceland Tennessee, über Liebe und Ruhm mit der eine bisher unsichtbare Seite des großen amerikanischen Mythos hinter Elvis und Priscillas turbulenter Ehe offenbart wird. Basiert auf Priscilla Beaulieu Presleys Memoiren „Elvis and Me“.
