Ivy George ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin. Ihre erste Rolle hatte sie als „Kleines Mädchen“ in einer Folge der Fernsehserie „The Crazy Ones“ mit Robin Williams. Bekannt wurde sie vor allem durch ihre Rolle als Leila Fleege in „Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension“.
