Sinopsis
El agente John Hatcher (Steven Seagal), de la división antidroga de Chicago, acaba de volver de Colombia, en donde su compañero ha sido asesinado en acto de servicio por un narcotraficante. A causa de ello ha decidido retirarse, pero después de un tiroteo con un traficante de drogas jamaicano llamado Screwface (Basil Wallace), éste intenta matar a su hermana y a la hija de ésta. John y su amigo Max intentarán atrapar al villano en su país natal.
