Sinopsis
Un traficante de drogas consigue el dominio de toda una zona de la ciudad. La policía, en su batalla contra el narcotráfico, decide infiltrar a un topo en su banda para acabar con la inseguridad ciudadana y la droga en los barrios marginales.
