Sinopsis
Ambientada en los tiempos de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, narra la historia de Benny (Andy Lau), un joven graduado que huye de Hong Kong durante la invasión japonesa y se dirige al paraíso del juego: Macao. Una vez allí, impresiona a un hombre de negocios que tiene vínculos con el crimen organizado, y va construyendo lentamente su camino por el inframundo del crimen, el cual le acaba dando problemas
