Documentary following Rafael Klejzer's investigation into the fate of Argentina's gold. The starting point is the looting of the Viceroyalty of the Río de la Plata's treasury in 1806, when a British expedition took the plunder to London. From there, Klejzer traces a series of episodes connecting that event to the British Invasions, the Roca-Runciman Pact, the occupation of the Falkland Islands, and the shipment of gold reserves to London in the 21st century. El punto de partida es el saqueo del tesoro del Virreinato del Río de la Plata en 1806, cuando una expedición británica se llevó el botín a Londres. Desde ahí, Klejzer rastrea una serie de episodios que conectan ese hecho con las Invasiones Inglesas, el Pacto Roca-Runciman, la ocupación de las Islas Malvinas y el envío de reservas de oro a Londres en el siglo XXI.
