Synopsis
Un adolescent meurt mystérieusement après avoir joué à STAY ALIVE. Ses amis se retrouvent soudainement en possession de ce jeu vidéo d'horreur non commercialisé. Les gamers vont devenir, un par un, la proie d'une impitoyable comtesse qui ne hante pas seulement le jeu... La frontière entre le monde virtuel et le monde réel disparaît, un jeu mortel commence...
