The first half has Macau as backdrop. Screen debut of screenwriter Wang Zhibo. The 1933 version was filmed in Shanghai, directed by Zheng Yingshi, with screenplay by Cai Chusheng (aka Choi Cho-sang), starring Gao Zhanfei and Wang Renmei.
