Synopsis
A 94 ans, Eleanor Morgenstein perd sa colocataire et meilleure amie. Elle quitte alors la Floride pour s’installer chez sa fille à New York. En quête de lien, elle se rapproche d’une étudiante de 19 ans à qui elle confie une histoire bouleversante… mais qui n’est pas la sienne. Tandis que son récit suscite l’intérêt d’un célèbre journaliste, Eleanor s’engouffre dans une spirale de mensonges.
