Synopsis
Un système d’information nucléaire top secret a été volé au gouvernement par un ex-agent de la C.I.A. Ralph Straker, devenu chef d’un commando armé. Ce dernier tente de vendre le système au plus offrant. Un agent de la C.I.A., Mark Graver et l’ex-terroriste Alexa, sa compagne de vie, joignent leur efforts pour récupérer le système.
