Synopsis
Tony Leung incarne un voleur de banque inexpérimenté. Avec un complice, ils se trouvent rapidement cernés par la police. A l'intérieur de l'établissement bancaire, se trouve également Ti Lung, un gangster redoutable. Ce dernier se chargera par la force des choses des négociations.
