Synopsis
Mi Ling, une experte en arts martiaux mais atteinte de micromastie, dirige une agence d'espions basée à Hong Kong. Elle tente de venir en aide aux services secrets américains mis en difficulté par une mystérieuse organisation dirigée par Dragon Lady, une femme particulièrement secrète et redoutable. Mais devant l'ampleur de la tâche, Cleopatra Jones, une espionne afro-américaine aux méthodes explosives et au tempérament sanguin, est alors envoyée sur place pour faire le ménage...
