Synopsis
Au cours d'un dîner, Beverley Boyer, femme d'un obstétricien réputé, tape dans l'oeil d'un industriel commercialisant des savons grâce à sa spontanéité et sa fraîcheur. Il l'engage pour assurer ses spots publicitaires et, malgré quelques réticences et un début calamiteux, elle cède aux sirènes des paillettes et de l'argent et devient une vedette de la télé. Mais ceci n'est pas sans conséquences sur sa vie de couple.
