Synopsis
L'agent Joe Devine a la délicate mission d'élaborer un plan diabolique pour piéger le célèbre chef mafieux John Gotti. Il se fait passer pour un producteur de Hollywood et trouve le parfait pigeon qui va l'aider à mener à bien son complot : Steven Schatz, un jeune scénariste qui ferait tout pour diriger son premier long métrage. Schatz mord à l'hameçon, mais Devine s'est bien gardé de lui dire que le film ne se fera jamais...Tout se déroule à la perfection... jusqu'à ce que Devine et ses collègues commencent à apprécier leur nouvelle vie de producteurs à Hollywood.
