Synopsis
1757 en Angleterre. Le jeune orphelin John Mohune arrive à Moonfleet, petit port isolé, pour retrouver un ami de sa mère, Jeremy Fox, flibustier notoire. Jeremy Fox l'envoie au collège mais John s'échappe et retourne au château de Mohune qui appartint à sa famille et qu'occupe aujourd'hui Fox. John apprend par lord Ashwood l'existence d'un diamant magnifique que son grand-père lui a laissé en héritage. Avec Fox, il se met à la recherche du joyau.
