Synopsis
Lorsqu'une petite île britannique des Caraïbes est envahie et que le terroriste le plus dangereux du monde kidnappe un membre de la famille royale, le compte à rebours de la Troisième Guerre mondiale commence. Si quelqu'un peut empêcher l'apocalypse à venir, c'est bien la présidente américaine Barbara Adams, mais son allié le plus proche, le Premier ministre britannique Mortimer Chris, semble être devenu complètement fou.
