Synopsis
L’inspecteur Clouseau étant toujours absent, le Président français ordonne à son cinglé de supérieur hiérarchique, l’inspecteur en chef Dreyfus, de le retrouver. N’ayant aucune intention de le rechercher, Dreyfus imagine alors un plan presque parfait : il s’octroie les services du plus mauvais des détectives de New York pour retrouver la trace de Clouseau et s’assurer ainsi qu’il ne le reverra jamais. Mais son plan idyllique va vite tourner au cauchemar…
