Synopsis
Un soir de 1969, Stella Claire, une femme d'un milieu populaire, a une aventure avec un jeune medecin bourgeois, Steven, et tombe enceinte d'une fille, Jenny, qu'elle devra élever seule. Adolescente, la jeune fille supporte de moins en moins la "vulgarité" de sa mere, qui s'inquiète alors pour son avenir...
