Synopsis
Une expérimentation sur une méthode pour ouvrir une fenêtre sur l'espace temps aboutit à un véritable portail sur le temps. L'un des scientifiques se rend par ce moyen dans un futur proche où la Terre a été ravagée par une guerre nucléaire. D'autres le suivent, mais le portail connait un dysfonctionnement et tombe en panne, empêchant les voyageurs du temps de revenir dans leur époque...
