Synopsis
Une femme âgée de 65 ans et atteinte d'un cancer, révèle à ses deux filles le nom de son amour de jeunesse. Le temps d'un week end, elle revit le temps où elle était Ann Grant, une jeune fille de New-York venue aider une amie sur le point de se marier. Elle avait alors rencontré Harris Arden, un homme qui allait changer sa vie, et celle de ses filles, pour toujours...
