Synopsis
Au XIXème siècle, le parcours d’une femme australienne exceptionnelle, Molly Johnson. Après que son mari est parti pour une transhumance, Molly, enceinte, fait face au quotidien dans un paysage australien hostile et isolé. D'après la pièce de théâtre éponyme de Leah Purcell (s'inspirant de la nouvelle The Drover’s Wife de Henry Lawson).
