Trama
Una giovane maga in un piccolo paese conservatore e bigotto d'America, crea scompiglio, morale e meteorologico, nella comunità. E nel cuore di un ragazzo che è disposto a tutto per lei. Lei vive con lo zio e la nonna, lui ha subito un lutto che lo porta a isolarsi nella lettura. E saranno proprio i libri, di ogni genere, a unirli e, forse, dividerli. Il loro sentimento passerà per prove durissime, provocate dalla natura di lei ma anche dall'incantesimo che lui, umano, le ha fatto: l'amore.
