Trama
Il carcere come scuola di vita. Grazie a un detenuto scafato, il fragile, insicuro e un po' scemotto Dizzy impara le tecniche di comportamento per farsi apprezzare dai coetanei. Trasformato in vincente, cambia scuola, ottiene successi anche in campo femminile, difende i deboli e porta alla vittoria la squadra di football (americano) dell'istituto. Sfilano in brevi apparizioni personaggi noti del microcosmo giovanile: il rocker Tommy Lee, il campione di skate-board Tony Hawk, Gene Simmons dei Kiss, Henry Rollins, Kool Mo Dee.
