Trama
Shakes si trascina nei suoi doveri di clown da festa e trascorre tutto il suo tempo libero ubriacandosi a morte. Binky, un altro clown, si aggiudica un posto in uno show per bambini locale, cosa che deprime Shakes ancora di più, e il suo capo lo minaccia di licenziarlo se non riesce a tenere sotto controllo la sua esibizione.
