Trama
A Sizemore, poliziotto, hanno ucciso moglie e figlio in un attentato terroristico. Ora c'è un altro terrorista in giro e il protagonista vuole usare un ostaggio della banda per stanare il capo. Al suo fianco ha il massiccio Seagal esperto in esplosivi.
