Trama
Chan, a Parigi per una riunione con gli amici della prima guerra mondiale, viene coinvolto nelle indagini sull'omicidio di un produttore di munizioni che forniva armi al nemico, anche se le nuvole che si alzano dalla seconda guerra mondiale costringono la città a uno stato di blackout notturno.
