Trama
Frank Penny è un poliziotto che, caduto in disgrazia, è in cerca di redenzione. La sua possibilità arriva quando la figlia undicenne del capo della polizia viene rapita. Per salvarla, Frank avrà bisogno dell'aiuto di Ava Brooks, il cui canale di notizie in diretta segue ogni sua mossa e tentativo. Mentre l'intera città guarda ciò che sta accadendo, Frank e Ava saranno impegnati in una corsa contro il tempo affinché tutto vada per il verso giusto.
