Trama
Bob Hoskins interpreta un detective di grana grossa, iroso, razzista e con la salute instabile. Colpito da un violento attacco di cuore viene portato d'urgenza a un ospedale per un trapianto. Il cuore glielo dona, involontariamente, un suo ex nemico. Costui è di colore, veste con stile e ha fortuna con le donne oltre ad essere un simpatico delinquente. Essendo stato assassinato, vuole che il detective lo vendichi. Colpi di scena e risate scacciapensieri.
