Trama
Subito dopo la fine della guerra di Secessione il capitano David Porter viene destinato a presidiare una sperduta guarnigione del Texas e decide di portare con sé la giovane moglie. Porter deve guardarsi dalle sporche manovre di Belfour, che sfrutta i coltivatori di cotone. Quando scoppia la rivolta il capitano è costretto a intervenire.
