Trama
Dopo che un funzionario nordcoreano di alto rango ha chiesto asilo, il capo dell'unità estera della KCIA Park Pyong-ho e il capo dell'unità domestica Kim Jung-do hanno il compito di scoprire una spia nordcoreana, nota come Donglim, che è profondamente radicata nella loro agenzia. Quando la spia inizia a far trapelare informazioni top secret che potrebbero mettere a repentaglio la sicurezza nazionale, le due unità vengono incaricate di indagare a vicenda.
