Plot
A heinous crime is committed in a small remote Russian village. Police officer Afonya is a prime suspect. The locals are ready to take matters into their own hands. Investigator Sirditov faces a difficult task: he must find out all of the facts of this case before the villagers decide to execute their own justice.
