Three years have passed since Alec and Eddie began their work at City Defense Force Headquarters, leaving Pete and Carson in charge at New Haven. After receiving a series of cryptic messages from Pete, Alec and Eddie return to New Haven to find Pete and Carson missing and the town full of unrest.
