Plot
Two young men face off in a deadly version of Russian Roulette. Inside the gun are five bullets, each capable of inflicting unimaginable suffering and possibly death. However, among the deadly bullets, there is a single special bullet that possesses the ability to heal any type of damage, offering a salvation that seems almost impossible.
