Karimen Angels (2001)

Kurara and Reina, a former race queen, gave up on their path to becoming a racer. They are legendary female instructors known as the "Provisional License Angels." They use sex as bait during road lessons to ensure that any student graduates. One day, the worst student in the history of the driving school, Koichiro, arrives. He is completely unable to give live-action lessons and has been passed around to other driving schools. Even under the hands of the Angels, Koichiro's training shows no change.
