Plot
At 12 years old, Jeremy has already survived more than any kid should ever have to go through. Recovering from a heart transplant which was needed after a harrowing car accident with his mom, his resilient spirit and good nature are getting him through. While he is starting to resent his mother’s overbearing protectiveness as a result of the accident, he is just as determined to make sure no harm comes to his mom.
