Plot
Two down-on-their-luck friends, Fred and Barnaby, stumble upon an illustrious diamond on the streets. The diamond turns out to be owned by a wealthy duchess willing to pay top dollar for its return. There is only one catch, however- it's on a first-come, first-served basis! The two friends must outwit each other while fending off a sneaky lady thief and a pesky police officer. Who will win the diamond and claim the top prize? Watch and find out!
