Dead Body Man 2: Separation Anxiety (2005)

Though psychotic Willie feels compelled to torture, murder -- and eat -- those he considers immoral, he struggles to quash his desires in this bloody sequel. It's a losing battle, however, and he continues seeking out prostitutes and criminals to satisfy his cravings even after the death of his vicious twin.
