People spend the majority of their lives at work. And happiness is known to be man's greatest asset. So it makes sense to think about how happy employees are at their workplace. The documentary presents innovative concepts that have set themselves the task of making the world of work more pleasant. To this end, some companies are experimenting with completely new forms of organization.
