Plot
A recruitment film telling young male school-leavers about work in the Vítkovice ironworks. It takes them through the entire production process and acquaints them with the metallurgists, many of whom are exemplary Shock Workers. The movie ends with a call for young men to devote themselves to the metallurgical profession, thereby helping fulfil a five-year plan with their work.
