Plot
"Hic Sunt Dracones" (Here Be Dragons) is a Latin term used in medieval cartography to indicate unknown or dangerous places. This film is a visit to a concrete but imaginary place. A delimited but indeterminate space. It is situated both inside and outside this spatial interval. Almirante Reis Avenue. It takes place in a defined but absent time period. It is January 2019. We went in search of an interpretation of this inhabited and populated place. We resorted to listening, looking, and imagining. We were invested with meaning, divested of models or codes, as much as possible. But everything is a gesture, and here there is a choice, a manifest need to tell.
