Two ill-fated men desperate to make money kidnaps a wealthy woman's dog and demands a hefty ransom. The plan goes down the drain when they get entangled with the wedding of a Business tycoon. More crony characters with agendas of their own get involved and goofs up the plan further more in this rib tickling entertainer.
