Plot
Sébastien, a butcher, had been working for twelve years when a bill to ban the trade in animal meat forced him to close his shop. Determined to continue his job, he sets out on the road with the firm intention of opening a new butcher's shop in Italy. His path, punctuated by the passions unleashed by this political decision, will help him to make his own transition.
