Michael Bauman

Biography

Michael Bauman is a director of photography and chief lighting technician. He worked with Paul Thomas Anderson on The Master (2012), Inherent Vice (2014), Radiohead's Daydreaming music video (2016), Phantom Thread (2017), and shared director of photography credits with Anderson on Licorice Pizza (2021). Other films Bauman worked on include Training Day (2001), Munich (2005), Iron Man (2008), Iron Man 2 (2010), Nightcrawler (2014), Ford v Ferrari (2019), The Tragedy of Macbeth (2021), and Amsterdam (2022).
