Jorge Caique

Biography

Jorge Caique is a Chilean filmmaker who primarily works as a screenwriter, director, producer and previously as a sound designer. He served as sound director on the acclaimed feature film Sariri and also contributed to the sound department on short films such as Thicker Than Blood, On Walking in Cinema and A Warm Summer Afternoon. He now makes his debut as director and screenwriter with the soon-to-be-released short film Lembra, which explores the Chilean-Brazilian identity present in his family.
