Biography
Harun Güler is a writer and director in Berlin, born and raised in Germany by Turkish immigrant parents. After a decade as a film trailer editor, he completed an MA in Photography from the University of the Arts London, crafting his own cinematic language to explore the constructed nature of social and gender identities. His experimental work has screened at festivals such as BFI Flare and Aesthetica, alongside regular contributions to NOWNESS. Riding Out is his first narrative short film, which emerged from his debut feature Borderlining, currently in development.
