Sinopsis
Sofia (Sook-Yin Lee) es una sexóloga que no ha tenido nunca un orgasmo; hace años que simula placer con su marido Rob (Raphael Barker). Conoce a Severin (Lindsay Beamish), una dominadora que se presta a ayudarla. Dos pacientes de Sofia, James (Paul Dawson) y su compañero Jamie (PJ DeBoy), piensan en incluir a un tercero, Ceth (Jay Brannan), en su relación sexual, pero Jamie no acaba de decidirse. Todos se encuentran en "Shortbus", un lugar fuera de lo común donde se mezcla la política, el arte y el sexo.
