Synopsis
Johnny, jeune surfer hawaïen, déménage dans le Vermont. Sa vie change du tout au tout : il abandonne les plages chaudes, pour vivre désormais dans un état où la neige est reine. Il n'arrive pas à se faire des copains dans sa nouvelle école. Il va sympathiser avec Sam, élève dans un institut rival. Sam va devenir son professeur de snowboard
