Synopsis
Une vedette d'opérette trouve un bébé abandonné et se prend d'affection pour lui. Mais elle ne peut en obtenir la garde qu'à condition d'être mariée. Elle s'arrange donc avec son pédiatre pour qu'il l'épouse. De cette union circonstancielle nait cependant un véritable amour. Le bonheur du couple est pourtant rapidement troublé par la santé défaillante de leur enfant adoptif ...
