En pleine Seconde Guerre mondiale, une équipe de résistants sans foi ni loi embarque à bord d'un sous-marin allemand. Sa mission : Apporter l’uranium nécessaire au projet Manhattan du Congo belge à New York. Mais quand l’ennemi allemand se dresse sur leur route c’est l’avenir de l’humanité entière qui se joue.
