Synopsis
À New York, 4 hommes armés, utilisant des couleurs comme noms, prennent en otage une voiture de métro et demandent une rançon d'un million de dollars pour la libération des passagers. Le lieutenant Zachary Garber de la police du métro de New York doit gérer cette affaire, alors qu'il doit aussi faire visiter le centre de contrôle à des visiteurs du métro de Tokyo.
